Hello, my name is Mary Owens.

Greensboro NC Native- Attended NCAT Business Education: Over 20 years in Housing and Development with a focus on LIHTC (Affordable Housing) Rehab and Construction. Passionate about the upward mobility of clients in the Behavioral Health Supportive space.

HOW THRIVE Living services WAS BORN:

PASSION Founded Thrive Living Services II LLC 2020 after working with ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS, who was suffering substance abuse, chronic Homelessness and mental health issues for 17 years. He was able to obtain an SSI award, Housing Stability and attend Drug rehab services, that is transforming his life. In addition, I spent years working for 501 C3 Affordable Housing organizationswhich allowed me to work alongside case managers and work with families who have disabilities. also, bring chronically homeless clients with a history of Behavioral Health into stable housing environment.

VISION:

My vision is expanding access to compassionate, effective behavioral health and supportive services within our community. As the owner of Thrive Living Services II LLC I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment where individuals and families can heal, grow, and thrive. My work is driven by a commitment to integrating compassionate, evidence-based mental health services with housing solutions. Through strategic program development, ethical operations, and strong community partnerships, I focus on expanding access to supportive housing and integrated mental health care that promotes dignity, independence, and sustainable outcomes.
